Where are your products shipped from?
We ship our products from a few different United States locations. Our apparel is shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA and our accessories are shipped from Phoenix, AZ. This may cause some of the items in your order to arrive separately.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, we will send you an automated email containing all the information needed to track your package. If you would like to track your package please visit the USPS website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on most purchases. Just ship your purchase back (unworn and in its original condition), with your order number, and telephone number within 30 days of your purchase. Visit our returns and exchanges pages for more information.Return Exceptions: UMBUH will not accept body jewelry returns. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

How can I update my online order?
Once the Place Secure Order button has been clicked, we can no longer modify or cancel your order. For customer convenience, we advise during the last step of checkout that you review your order for accuracy as no changes can be made once the order has been placed. No changes can be made as orders are sent directly to our printer to facilitate a fast turnaround time.
When will my purchase ship?
We print orders as they are placed, therefore our turnaround time is typically 4-6 business days and will ship via USPS. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
